	Can I use this system for daily trips or just one-time meetings
	Both!! The system has been designed so that you can setup a single or recuring carpool.
	Why can't I use my personal email address?
	This is a service provided to Kaiser Permanente employees and physicians only. The only way to ensure the security of your information is to enforce the use of Kaiser Permanente email addresses.
	How do I use the system?
	There are two primary parts of the service. You can search for an existing trip/carpool that someone else has offered to share through the search/calendar. Simply find the date(s) you need to travel and click on the one that matches your needs. If you don't find one that fits, and want to start your own, simply follow the directions.
	How do I contact someone about a carpool?
	When you click on the carpool you are interested in, it will display on the screen along with the email and phone number provided by the person who created it.
	Who do I contact for technical problems?
	If you have a technical problem or notice an error on the website, please submit a request for help using our feedback form.
